When will my order ship?
Please use the information below to get your total delivery time.

To calculate when you will receive an item, you need to consider the availability of the items you are ordering as well as the shipping option you select. Here's the equation we use:

Total Delivery Time = Item Availability + Shipping Time

Item Availability (the time between ordering a product and that product leaving our warehouse) depends on stock availability. Stock availability is indicated in each product description on our web site.

For example, many items on our site show 24-72 hour availability. If you select Standard Priority Shipping for U.S. shipments, your shipping time will be 2 to 3 business days, depending on where you live. This means your total delivery time will be 1 to 3 days (availability) + 2 to 3 days (shipping time). So you can expect to receive this item at your front door 3 to 6 days after you place your order.

Virtual-treasure.com does not ship on Saturday, Sunday or holidays. Please allow an additional 24 to 48 hours for weekend orders.

For quicker delivery virtual-treasure.com ships from multiple warehouses. Also, we ship each item as soon as it is ready, so don't be concerned if your order arrives in separate shipments. To save you money, we calculate shipping charges as if your order shipped all together.

Standard Priority Shipping for our products is US Postal Service Priority with delivery confirmation and tracking numbers provided when available. Estimated delivery 2 to 3 days following shipment.

Next Day Express Shipping for our products is US Postal Service Express with delivery confirmation and tracking numbers provided. Estimated delivery by 3:00 PM the day following shipment.

Does choosing Next Day Express mean my order will arrive tomorrow?
Not usually. Remember to add in the availability time of your items. If you order three 24-72 hour items and select Next Day Express shipping, the items will ship within 72 hours and arrive on the following business day--2 to 4 business days total. Please also keep in mind that there is no weekend delivery for Next Day Express.

Shipping Fees

Shipping and handling costs vary by item type, item size, item weight and shipping method. We've made our shipping policy as fair as possible, so you benefit from our great prices plus the convenience of delivery to your door.

For each item, there is a fixed charge plus a per-item charge. Fixed and per-item charges differ according to the type of item. A piece of jewelry, for example, has a fixed shipping charge of $5.95 and a per-item shipping charge of $2.00 (assuming standard priority shipping). Shipping a single piece of jewelry, therefore, costs $7.95 ($5.95 + $2.00). Shipping two pieces of jewelry costs $9.95 ($5.95 + $2.00 + $2.00).

The fixed shipping cost for orders containing items from multiple shipping categories is based on the highest fixed charge in the order plus the variable (per-item) charge for each item. Example: A customer orders a piece of jewelry with a fixed shipping charge of $5.95 and a per-item charge of $2.00. The order also includes a a large sculpture with a fixed charge of $6.95 and per-item charge of $7.00. The Standard Priority shipping charge for the order is the highest fixed charge in the order ($6.95) plus the individual per-item charges ($2.00 + $7.00), for a total shipping charge of $15.95. The Next Day Express shipping charge for the same order would be $32.95 ($14.95 + $3.00 + $15.00).
